Probably the same one in 3.x that caused people to think spells ended when the caster dies. i.e. There isn't one.

Well, actually there are two:

If a conjuration's creator is slain, the conjuration immediately ends.

If a zone's creator is slain, the zone immediately ends.

Granted, it only applies to conjurations and zones.
