CSA subscription - still inactive

Late last month, I changed my banking information at Paypal, not realizing this would screw up my community supporter account here. A little under nine hours ago, I finally realized this and signed back up. I have the receipt from Paypal and everything. However, my account is still listed as inactive here. What do I need to do to change this?

When I click on "details" next to your transaction on PayPal, I get this:

This eCheque payment will be credited to your PayPal balance once the funds have cleared from the sender's account. This usually takes three to five working days so please do not post any items until the funds have cleared. So it looks like it'll clear on or about 23 Dec. You (or I) don't have to do anything - it all works automatically.
