Cthulhu Kung Fu! at V-Con this weekend!

Unattainable Ideal
Sorry, no real content, just pimping the genre-bending treat I'm serving up at this weekend's V-Con in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Monte Cook never meant for his rules to be used for THIS: Four chic warrior priestesses square off against a secret society that has roused some mind-melting allies! Will our sassy heroines succumb to the wild martial arts abilities of their scumbag foes, or be driven mad by the inhuman powers they've unleashed? Will their brains get gooed before their goo gets brained? It's high-kicking, sanity-crushing action, inspired by the unholy marriage of H.P. Lovecraft, Hong Kong fantasy flicks and Charlie's Angels -- written and performed by yours truly and the first four to sign up.

Tell your friends! Collect all six! Offer limited so act now!

Sigh

Little update for y'all....

Kung Fu Cthulhu did NOT run at V-Con this past weekend because....

NOBODY SIGNED UP!

Huh? Am I smoking the wrong end of the pipe? Am I the only person who thinks this is incredibly cool?

Well, not necessarily. The Con wasn't really organised the way I thought it would be organised so there was no real way for people to "sign up" for games, so even if people had been itching to play, I'm not sure how they would have found me. Sure am glad I stayed up till 4:00 AM finishing the darn thing off!

Okay, so I'll try again at another con -- there's one called Weathertop in December. Gives me a chance to polish off some rough edges.

I can't believe I'm on my own on this one. I'll lose all faith in humanity. Not to mention the likelihood of my ever being able to earn a living entertaining them.
