i forgot the freeport one, i'm gonna havce to look at it.

Basically the campaign i'm setting up calls for all but one of the religions to take thier worship "underground". I was thinking maybe slightly less powerful spellcasting ability in exchange for more skill points and better skill selection. Or maybe abilities that help mask the fact that they worship outlawed gods.

I may have to design something myself, but i figured i'd ask and see if there was something pre-existing.
 

Why don't you just rename the Bard as Cultist, switch the word Arcane for Divine, rename Bardic Knowledge as Forgotten Lore, and rename Bardic Music as Tempting Whispers, make them prepair spells, make spells Wis based, alter the skill list, and then do one of the following: Change HD to d8, give good Fort save, give +2 Skill Points?
