Office 12 is Microsoft's internal name for what will become the next version of Office for Windows. If they stick with the Office CurrentYearHere naming convention that they've used for almost every version since Office 95 (the exceptions being Office XP and some Mac versions), it'll likely be sold as Office 2006 (unless massive delays push it into 2007).
