Custom miniatures wanted... looking to find out how much it might cost me.

I'm a big fan of the board game Settlers of Catan, but I'm not really satisfied with the game pieces it came with, which are pretty abstract, basically just little chunks of wood painted a solid color. I'm in the market to buy some well-painted miniatures to replace these pieces and make my Catan collection a bit cooler. The pieces I would need are as follows

12 rookie knight-type characters in six distinct color schemes, two of each (ideally red, green, blue, white, brown and orange or yellow)

12 veteran knight-type characters (more impressive/decorated than the rookie types, possibly slightly larger, but to the same scale) in the same six color schemes

12 impressive knight/champion type miniatures, same color schemes, two each

one thief-esque miniature in a black/dark grey color scheme

a pirate ship miniature (needs to be pretty small... not much more than an inch and a half square on the base, I'd say.)

a viking ship miniature

I'll also need 30 small buildings to represent villages, 24 to represent cities, and 3 to represent metropolises

My primary concern is the 36 knights. If anyone is interested, please send me an estimate of what you might charge for this sort of project, along with some pictures of your previous work. Quality is most definitely a concern.

I'd also consider using different models for each of the colors, so maybe the yellow ones have a sort of egyptian theme, while the green ones are vikings, and the blue ones are english knights... just a thought.
