Divine Sacrifice (immediate reaction - encounter)
You give up your own life energy to deliver a grevious wound to your enemies.
Benefit:
Trigger: After successfully hitting an enemy with an attack or power, but before damage is rolled.
Benefit: Add 1/4 of your maximum hit points to the damage you deal. You immediately suffer the same amount of damage.
Special: If the attack or power damages multiple enemies, you must choose one enemy to receive the extra damage.

Well considering that Paladins now can be any alignment and serve any god. Can't really make that distinction anymore.

Black is sacrifice based right, well... Sacrificing yourself for your god sounds very Paladin like. While white is righteousness and justice, etc right. Well that only be the case for some Paladins.

Free Action Personal
Effect: Take damage equal to 1/4 your HP, and gain a power bonus to the next damage roll you make this turn equal to the damage taken.
