Customer Service unreachable by email

Hi!

Since when does WotC's Customer Service no longer accept questions via email?
How does it function now? I've created an account, but the "answer matches" aren't useful.
Do I have to wait as usual to get a reply?

Please help!

custserv e-mail is no longer available. I haven't tried the new system, but a lot of people are complaining about it. A lot.
 

There's a tab on the new page for submitting questions.

I just used the new system myself a couple of days ago; I got an answer within 36 hours. I sent a followup question and got an answer within four hours.

I've got no problem with the new system. It's true that the matches don't seem to ever be on point, but when has WotC ever had an automated search function on their website that was worth a crap?

Yes, it's worked fine for me as well.

In some ways it's a lot better - eliminates a bunch of spam for them, and also keeps a record of your questions and their answers in case of disputation. I suspect it's just a matter of getting used to the new interface.

Havn't tried it, but I applaud it, if they actually try to make a system, which does not just involve some guys answering e-mails with their personal opinion.

You can get that in every forum out there. :p

Just give them some time to make it work. :)
