For making your own classes, you could try my house rules, "D20 Elements".
It uses a classless development scheme, but what you could do is build a L20 character and convert that character into a template/character class.

In case you haven't found it yet I've been working on a Class Balance/Classless Generator system for the better part of a year a now. It looks at both PHB Core classes as well as Monte's AU classes and incorporates feats & abilities from Core, AU & Grim Tales.
