We were in sort of a post nuclear homebrew. Technology and mutant monster type things.

We found this winnebago, took it into the nearest oasis and had it outfitted with some guns and other adventuring things.

This Vulture/Dragon thing has been raiding local towns, caravans, and an occasional oasis. We decide to put a stop to it. We camp out in the winne(which we have named the bull). So we are camped out in the Bull about ten miles outside the dragons lair, apparently it is out hunting so we decide to wait for it to come back, thinking it will be tired and less potent. In the middle of the night we are awoken to the Bull rolling allong the sands.

We look out the window and see two huge gigantic centaurs pulling the Bull with some rope. Eventually we sever one and light the other one on fire. We haul some Booty, they chase us. It lasted a good half of the session but remains to this day one of my all time favorite adventures.

The Seraph of Earth and Stone

Just thought of another one.

Back in just plain old D&D, my thief fell into a pit trap through no fault of his own. I land in this tomb and while "looking over" a couple of sarcophogi I find what appears to be a wand of fireball.

Sweet!

Mummy comes out of a tomb.

Not sweet!

So I decide I will blast it with the wand, DM says you are not sure which end is the "barrel"

Really not sweet!

So it chased me around the tomb untill I could get enough "boys" to just use it.

The Seraph of Earth and Stone

Barsoomcore,
Do you know when the eratted version will be available that you posted earlier.
BTW, I really like your take on chases.

Mine is another Shadowrun adventure...

The characters had crashed a party in an exec's penthouse, and it had gone badly. Guns were going of everywhere, and the player who 'had to have his Di-coated ninja stars' was learning a lesson the hard way.

The exec made his escape via an outdoor elevator (the all glass type) when the group's leader gets an idea...

"I'll Australian repel after the elevator!". Don't ask me why he remembered to bring his rope.

He make's a theives knot and starts running down the side of the building, making some amazing rolls to land on the elevator. Without a second thought, he unloads his pistol into the elevator's roof and jumps off, hoping a shot made it through.

Of course, once he's clear the combat mage bodyguard OPENS THE MAINTENANCE HATCH ON TOP!! Never saw a player turn that shade of red before. :)

Hi folks

The revised edition will be out early next week. Revised copies will be sent to anyone who's already purchased a copy.

KB9JMQ, thanks! I'm glad you like them. Let me know if you have any questions.

Just a quick bump to let folks know that the revised edition was uploaded today and is now live--so the corrected version mentioned in the above review is the one you'll get.

(And, everyone who has already purchased it just had a copy of the revised edition sent to them as well---assuming that their account at RPGNow is set to accept email from vendors. If not, then take this as your notice: you can use the original link to download a new copy)
