Cut To The Chase

Well, yeah, a race is a MUCH simpler sort of event than a chase. In a race, your available actions are pretty limited: Go Faster.

:D

Until you get into DeathRace2000, of course.

Hm. Is that a new MINI-GAME I just came up with? Hm. DeathRace d20? Hm.

Steverooo: iwatt's got the right of it. HP ignores the grid and all else that it implies. How far characters are actually travelling in a given round (or in what direction) isn't really germane to the rules. Have a look, I think you'll pick it up easily.

Wakes up, blinks. A significant reason for me to consider buying it. (I didn't get this earlier because I have a gaming budget and I often feature a chase scene myself. But this is an interesting design decision that make sense so I want to see how you did it. 5' squares really limit certain things like a chase scene because the tabletop is only so big.)
