Because the other thread got derailed so badly by the Stealth discussion, here is a new thread that compiles all the known errata (read: differences in text between the print version of the 2024 PHB and the digital version available on D&D Beyond). If people find any more, I will update this post. That being said, I hope we will get an official errata document soon. EDIT: Hooray! As of 16 April 2025, we now have official errata (including downloadable PDFs) for all three 2024 core rulebooks! I have removed all the things that have been fixed. The items below remain outstanding or are things I've since added. RULES

HIDING / STEALTH: While the errata does clarify things a bit, I still feel strongly that they should add a Hidden condition to the game, thus removing the need to stretch the Invisible condition to cover hidden creatures.
STUNNED CONDITION: This needs to go back to making your speed 0. As it stands, the Monk's new Stunning Strike feature is weird in that if you fail the save, you're stunned but can still move at full speed, whereas if you succeed, you can act normally but can only move at half speed.
SPELLS

BLINDNESS/DEAFNESS: In the printed version, this spell's school is listed as Transmutation. On DDB, it is listed as Necromancy. It was the latter in 2014, so it's unclear at this stage whether the printed PHB is in error or if DDB is.
CONJURE MINOR ELEMENTALS: Reducing the scaling damage to +1d8 is a good fix, but it should probably be taken further and reduced to every two levels (like Spiritual Weapon).
FABRICATE: In the 2014 version of this spell, the second-to-last sentence reads "Creatures or magic items can't be created or transmuted by this spell." The words "or transmuted" have been cut from the 2024 version. They should be added back in. Otherwise, it seems like you could use it to transmute a living creature into unliving raw materials (like turning a cow into leather or something).
FLAMING SPHERE: The spell's description (in both the printed and DDB versions) indicates the school is Conjuration, but the Druid, Sorcerer, and Wizard spell lists have it as Evocation. The 2014 version is Conjuration.
OTTO'S IRRESISTIBLE DANCE: This spell should have no effect on a creature that is immune to being charmed. However, the wording of the effect on a successful save suggests that such a creature would still be affected. This should be fixed.
SPIRIT GUARDIANS: Targets should only be able to be damaged by this spell once per round, not once per turn.
TRUE POLYMORPH: I'm not sure what's going on with the whole "The spell ends early if you have no THP remaining" bit. It got removed from DDB but then added back in. Anyway, this sentence: "The target is limited in the actions it can perform by the anatomy of its new form, and it can’t speak or cast spells" needs to go back to the 2014 version: "The creature is limited in the actions it can perform by the nature of its new form, and it can’t speak, cast spells, or take any other action that requires hands or speech, unless its new form is capable of such actions." It's ridiculous that an elf who gets true polymorphed into a dwarf would be unable to speak or cast spells.
Please let me know if there's anything else you feel should be added to this list!
