D&D 5E D&D 5e Berserk Reference...?

Another Berserk-related post. I was going over the trinkets in the 5e PHB, and realized that if you combine #'s 18 ("A 1-pound egg with a bright red shell") and 73 ("The shell of an egg painted with scenes of human
misery in disturbing detail") on the Trinket Table, you've got yourself the Egg of the King... Neat huh? xD



Another funny coincidence, the first page of Berserk #18 happens to be a bright red egg...


Anyways, there are a bunch of easter eggs (no egg pun intended) in the Trinket Table, I might just have an obsession, but could this possibly be one? Let me know what you think!

A friend of mine watches it, and said something about a week back about a new season that happened recently. No idea when it takes place, chronologically, but maybe it will have something?

The anime came out a good 15 years ago. It is possible they are doing another series though since the series covered only a small part of a ridiculously long running manga.
