D&D Adventures & Artwork!

Jdvn1,

Yeah but a website plug with REALLY good art! ;)
I agree! But moving the thread to the art forum would ignore the adventures, creature ideas, and other D&D ideas presented in Joseph's website. :)

Well yeah..but I'm saying unlike some one else plugging a website, it's something more than "Buy my credit ratings!" Or things like that.

That's true--it certainly isn't spam. I'm just saying there's some neat D&D material in there other than the art. If it were in art, fewer people would be able to take advantage of the non-art bits.

That Magical Shop is kinda neat!

Well, I've been caught.

It *is* a shameless website plug. But only because I've put a lot of work into it and *nobody* had seen any of it, until now. It's also all FREE! So, I don't think I'm ripping anyone off.... Anyways, if the moderators think this thread should be moved, that's fine by me. There's more than just artwork though.

As for some of the comments:

I wrote these adventures to give the Dungeon Master a lot of room for flexibility and creativity. For example, in one adventure, there's a room with *interesting fungus*, and that's all it says. It's up to the Dungeon Master to determine its use, but it could be any number of things (though some suggestions are given; that's in the "Natural Caverns" adventure).

The suggestion about the grid sounds like one I *might* implement. I did not intend to 'battlematte' any of these dungeons, though that is something I could work on. I did want to create very stylish maps though, which I think the Devlin Caves, the Natural Caverns and the Lower Caverns do well.

As for the note about the Pirate Skeletons, I did change those intentionally... they're actually skeletons of zombies! Hence the slow movement and the partial action thing. I seem to have left out the DR versus Piercing, which *is* necessecary.

Finally, *everyone* seems to like the Magical Shop of Fiddeus Crackpot. Seems to be a crowd favorite. I guess I'll need to include more of him and other 'in-town' location.

Thanks for all the feedback, and feel free to post more!

Yeah, I think it was a really good idea to post on here. I love all this stuff and intend to use some of it now that I've discovered it. But if it hadn't been for seeing it here, I would have had NO IDEA it even exisisted.

Hmm, so if I attach a few game mechanics to my artwork I can get away with posting my art in General and get several times as many replies.
