Can't beat Fiery Dragon, nope.

Dragon Scale counters do have some good points; I use a mixture of both.

1. Yyou can buy individual counters so that if for some reason you need 20 Basilisks, you can just order 20.

2. The counters are plastic, so they'll stand up to a lot more tabletop spillage.

Personally, I like the top-view of the Dragon Scale counters for things like basilisks, dragons, etc but I don't like their humanoids. For those and most other things, I use Fiery Dragon.

Wait until you see Counter Pck 6: Summoned Creatures, which focus on the ENTIRE Summon Monster/Summon Nature's Ally listings for the revised game (well, ok, maybe not a cachalot whale, but still). Taking advantage of the new 3.5 square facing, nearly all creatures can now be rendered in full-body glory!

Damn right!

I just got the steve jackson hero counters, about 400 (I think) for $20. They are very good and have lots of standard D&D themes (multiple undead, orcs, goblins, hobgoblins, peasants, warriors, even oriental monks) but you have to cut them out yourself.

The same with their dungeon and cavern cardboard map sets.

Claudio,

I love you work. Anyway, do you know if there will be an update pack for creatures whose facings have changed in the 3.5 rules?

Thanks,

Nick
