D&D/D20 published adventures for Planar Adventuring?

Psion

Adventurer
I am looking for a couple of canned scenarios I can use in my planefaring campaign. I am hoping that some folks in the audience can help me out here in surveying some possibilities:

1) Any published adventures that already have planar concepts in them, like Lord of the Iron Fortress.
2) Any adventures you have adapted or you think would be easy to adapt to planar play, along with any notes on how you would/did accoplish this.

Dungeon adventures are fine -- I definitely afford to survey what I have deeper, and they tend to be shorter, which works for me. 3.0/3.5 makes little difference to me, as I find the adaptations easy enough in most cases.

There was that githyanki one for the whole "invasion" campaign with the lich-queen. Took place in the astral, if I remember correctly. That was for level 18s though. Kind of high powered.

There was an adventure in Dungeon that took place partially in Acheron IIRC, revolving around the 'minotaur' statue in a town square on the prime that was actually a petrified Goristro. I don't recall the exact issue of the mag that it was in, 100something, but it seemed well written.

I'll have to look for that one.

Anything else? Howabout the lines of the second type (modifying an adventure to fit)?

For example, since Bonegarden is sealed off from the outside world anyways, it could easily be a demiplane.

The Dragon/Dungeon crossover adventure was called Incursion. The Shackled City adventure path in Dungeon also contains one adventure called, IIRC, Test of the Smoking Eye, and this is almost entirely a planar excursion. Looked really good, though I haven't read it completely.

As you probably know, Beyond Countless Doorways has numerous plot hooks and adventure seeds for the many planes it details. The Sleeping God's Soul could be a demiplane or put on the Outlands or Mechanus; it has many NPCs to draft an adventure from. The Sundered Star already has a plot and goal lined out for an adventure; it could be placed somewhere in the Abyss or its own demiplane.

The adventure Hell in Freeport takes the party to hell being manipulated by a infernal duke. It involves planeshifting and infernal politics, but uses a bit of railroading and the last encounter may be a bit too much.

The adventure mentioned previously in this thread on Acheron is called the Iron Satyr, and it is in Dungeon 108. It involves a goristro that was turned to iron (as variant of the flesh to sone spell} and it had some fiends and hobgoblins trying to restore the being to life.
Besided Dragon 100 (the lich queen adventure) there was also another githyanki plot in Issue #92 involving the PCs invading a rebel githyanki wizard's fortress on the Astral while dealing with rival githyanki and githzerai raiders.

En Route has a few brief, incidental encounters that are surreal enough to be adapted to the planes. The Draftman's Pen could occur as a tiny demiplane anywhere. The Spirit Mine could be located on Carcerai/Hades fitting its imprisonment theme.
