Bottled Imp Games book on Vampires does a good job on 'em.

Complete Guide to Vampires is more a DM tool than a player one and does a good job as a GM tool.

Liber Mortis has all sorts of stuff.

Goodman also has a Werewolf guide coming out.

Paradigm has one out too... Slaves of the Moon I think? Some good stuff in there.

MODERNIZED Issue #2 contained a great article titled Modern Mortem, by Curtis Owings. It puts a cool (though definitely modern) spin on vampires by presenting vampirism as a virus that opens up progression in three different d20 Modern basic classes. I've been told by Owing that he plans on expanding the material into a full setting, but for now, you can enjoy the basics of Modern Mortem absolutely free, courtesy of MODERNIZED.

Book of Templates and BOT Deluxe have dread vampire templates
D20 Modern has a slightly different base vampire
Gaming Frontiers Monsters (a pdf) had two varient vampires I wrote (one a template to simulate "lost boys" and one to be a nontemplate magical vampire).
Out for blood has a bunch of variant vampires.
there are a bunch of vampire specific pdfs, if you go to www.rpgnow.com and the d20 fantasy then creature section you will see a bunch, although a few are in d20 modern as well.

Green Ronin also has a vampire book.
