D&D Insider is constantly down!

I think I'm going to cancel my DDI Subscription after this month. I love all of the content and I'm really happy with the way its going, but every time I try and log into the account I get weird database errors or 500 error messages.

The other problem I have is when I am logged in and I click on a PDF to view it, it keeps refreshing in my browser and times out. I haven't seen anyone else complain about this.

Am I the only one that has these issues?

I haven't encountered this problem, but my friend who subscribed as well complained about not being able to access things at certain peak times.

Other than Sunday's crash, I haven't had any technical problems with the DDI.

It doesn't seem to be just peak times for me. I don't know, I'll try emailing Customer Service and see what they say. Its just VERY frustrating.

I've had one problem. that's pretty good for a new IT service, in its first month, frankly. It doesn't make me happy, but it is the nature of the IT beast.

There are problems reported with downloading PDFs by many people and it is being looked into by people.

Today the server is down for maintenance, so maybe that will be one of the things fixed.

I haven't had these problems.

This morning the wizard's D&D website was down for a few minutes, but that's all I've noticed for quite some time. I wasn't online this weekend, so if it went down then I missed it.

As for it logging me out when I go to view pdfs, I haven't had a problem. There is a timeout feature- how long as you waiting between pdfs?

So no one else is getting this right now?

Yes. I am getting the same 500 Server Error when going to www . wizards . com / dnd. The rest if Wizard's Web site seems to be working.

D&D Insider does seem to present a few errors once or twice a week. No big deal for me, as it usually ends up working right after a few minutes or hours.
