D&D Miniatures Championship

I looked for a topic on this already and I'm surprised I couldn't find one.

Using a set map for D&D Miniatures will really change the way the game is played for the Championship. What do you think about the differences between play using terrain tiles and the fixed map?

Well I think a fixed map is the best way to go in a big competitive event. It make sure that a players warband doesn't get sqrewed just because of tile placement. OTOH it may lead to a lot of the same warband showing up for the event.
