D&D Miniatures: Giants of Legend set announced!

Anyone know any phone numbers to any good addiction hotlines? Come next year, I'm going to need one, thanks to those darned WotC minis... :(

Every time I say, "enough," they start rolling these out!!!!

I'm with Henry on this one. I haven't dropped too much money on them yet. But after reading this, I cought myself figuring out how much it would cost me to get 16 expansion packs of Harbinger along with 32 expansion packs of dragon eye. I closed that browser really quick.

I can still feel the pull of the plasticrack...

Sure, the man with the cash register and the stash of mini's in the corner of the store says Yield! :D

And as for spending, I've already bought about 3 entry packs and 8 boosters - and that's just harbinger, darn it!

I either need to start buying in bulk, or quit altogether. :)

lightweight. :p

i picked up the freebies and won a few at Gen Con this year.

and then told myself not to buy....

i'm currently around 400 or so from the Harbinger set and Entry pack.

If you're going to buy, buy by the case. You can get 16 expansion packs for around 100 bucks, which is essentially like getting six packs for free.

I really need to ask my FLGS to start stocking these minis. :o Don't know why they have'nt yet, but I guess it might be related to the Chainmail cancellation.

Because they are obviously INSANE and don't like successful, popular gamign products.

I've bought 12 starter packs and one booster so far. I ordered the starter packs from amazon when they were only $13. I was going for volume of commons more than anything. Problem is, what started as just getting a bunch of little guys to represent the massed hordes that the PC's face is quickly turning into a driving desire to buy more and more and more and....

Must. Resist. Plasticrack.

P.S. Anyone found any good deals on cases of boosters?

If they were like that, they wouldn't be my FLGS. ;)
It might very well be that after the Chainmail thing, they wanted to wait, and now they have trouble getting them now that they proved to be quite popular.

Of course, given some previous experiece, it wouldn't be too surprising if they don't know about the minis' success. :D
