I reported this problem to them after trying the survey this morning. I got the following response this afternoon:
You are right, there is a problem with the survey. Our market research department received an update to their survey software and tried to use a new feature in the survey, and it turned out that that feature had a bug.
We will be deploying a new version of the survey later today. Please return to the site after 3 p.m. Pacific and try the survey again.
We apologize for the problem. Sometimes new features just outsmart you.

Fast response, and not a form letter either. It's not 3pm PST yet, so the fix might not be up yet.
