D&D Miniatures Survey Broken?

I reported this problem to them after trying the survey this morning. I got the following response this afternoon:


You are right, there is a problem with the survey. Our market research department received an update to their survey software and tried to use a new feature in the survey, and it turned out that that feature had a bug.

We will be deploying a new version of the survey later today. Please return to the site after 3 p.m. Pacific and try the survey again.

We apologize for the problem. Sometimes new features just outsmart you.

Fast response, and not a form letter either. It's not 3pm PST yet, so the fix might not be up yet.

Survey Fixed

Just took the survey and it works. They broke page 2 with Q2-Q5 on it into 4 pages, each with it's own question.

On the last page is a place for user feedback. I said the new pricing was too high. hint, hint

Either you have a different second page than I, or you're confusing which page is which. The second page that I see asks you how many sets you have purchased of each set. It doesn't seem to like the possibility that you might enter "0" for an answer.
Maybe they've modified the survey mid-day today to try to fix the original problem, and now they have a new problem?

I might have been confusing the second page with the third or fourth page. I know there is one page where they ask you to rank things and if you put more than one category at any rank it will not let you continue. Sorry about the confusion.
