D&D Minis: Preview X

It's actually been explicitly stated a huge monstrous spider was in the set (it's the prerelease promo). Since it seems we have all huges at least in general shape, retrievers and bebiliths are propably out of luck. Of course, a huge monstrous spider shoul be able to fill in for the two with relative ease.

Or if you like eating meat...

I'm getting really pumped up over this set now, these last few minis have been awesome! :D Unfortunately I can't really use the Ogre they're going to preview tomorrow, (which they leaked today in preview 4) so I can't wait to see the sculpts for Monday and Tuesday.

Slaughterstone Eviscerator it is! Not bad-looking either.

From examining both its base and that of the ogre skirmisher, I'm now of the opinion that the green dragon is a large mini, rather than huge. Maybe rawhead rex is as well.

Anyone wanna get a last-minute guess in on the elephant rider?

Frost Giant Tundra Scout(Frostburn) on Mastadon(MM3) makes the most sense. I'm also going to go out on a limb and say that this is one of the leveled critter-combinations from the MM4.

Can't imagine putting a frost giant (huge) on a Mastadon (huge) and calling it a huge figure. Not saying they won't do it, but the scale would be wrong.

Not sure what rider but I think it would be better served by a large creature - like an ogre or a medium creature (take your pick). :)

Frost Giants are Large, not huge. Of the basic giants, only Cloud and Storm are huge.
