D&D Online uses the Eberron setting. It is therefore useless.
?? So you're saying it's not possible for me to play D&D tomorrow? I guess I'll have to cancel our session. :(

Personally, I'm more interested in it because it's Eberron. :)

Interesting choice of interface. I'm not sure how happy I am about it, but it does sound very unique for such games. I'm looking forward to this game.

I read the review. Looks interesting, but I hate the fact that a high level character can only use his bonus to hit and other powers in the context of "combo" moves, like in most action console games. That really annoys me. If those combo moves are fun and easy to perform, fine, but the way they make it sound is that it's based on timing and reflex. Sounds like a game better suited to the next gen XBOX than the PC.

Yeah, I prefer being able to pause play and think about what my PC is going to do. I suppose that I'm not being "realistic", but it's what I like.

Pity.

If it was set in the Realms I'd be interested, Eberron has zero interest from me, so I regard this game as wasted opportunity. I'd love to see a MMORPG based on the Sword Coast, incorporating the areas from BG 1 & 2.

What the.... dang, how long is WotC gonna worship Keith Baker? Lightning rail cars, warforged druids and other lameness is going to be absurd once they have it up. Ah well, I'll have to try it out before I can pass final judgement, no matter how icky I feel about it.
