Pathfinder 1E [D&D or Pathfinder] Boston, MA

I recently moved to the area and I am looking for a good gaming group in order to meet new people. I prefer playing D&D 3.5, but I am willing to try out 4e and Pathfinder.

What part of the Boston area are you in? There are a few gaming groups around town (and some a bit further away) so knowing what area you are looking to game in would be helpful.

Thank you! Sorry about the late reply to this. I've been having trouble getting on the computer these past few days.

I'm in Dorchester, right by the JFK/UMass stop.

If you have names for any game hobby shops around that would be great. I'm apprehensive at playing someone's house when I don't know the area that well nor the people I am playing with. Plus it would provide me a great location to get new supplies.

Welcome to the area! We have Boston game days every 3 months or so. You'd be welcome to join us; we'll post about those in General Discussion when the next one gets scheduled.

My favorite game store in the area is Pandemonium Books and Games in Central Square. Lots of games get played there.

I'd also recommend any of the D+D meetup groups. (There's a few locally.)

They usually meet once a month or so; the one I frequent is at the Watertown Public Libtrary, but there may be some closer to you. (Go to meetup.com and poke around, see what you find.)

Our Thursday night group (currently playing Pathfinder) always has an open-door policy, if you're interested in checking our group out, assuming Waltham is not too far for you to get to on a weeknight. PM or Email me if you're interested.
