D&D General D&D Podcasts that are edited like a story instead of a game?

Charlaquin

Goblin Queen (She/Her/Hers)
Dark Dice meets all of your criteria. It’s a podcast, narrated and edited like a story, even going so far as to have voice actors do the NPCs’ lines, with the majority of rules talk edited out, apart from the DM occasionally asking for a check or save and the player saying the total they rolled. Off the top of my head I don’t remember the average length of an episode, but I’m pretty sure they come in under an hour each? Jeff Goldblum also happens to be a player in it starting from the second season, if that interests you. Also, it is a horror campaign, so I don’t know if that will affect your interest positively or negatively, but it is something to keep in mind either way.

I'm looking for a D&D podcast recommendation. Do you know of any D&D podcasts that...
  • Are podcasts, not just YouTube videos
  • Are edited more like a story than a game (it should sound more like a radio drama than folks hanging out)
  • Cuts out rules discussion, folks adding up numbers, etc. That's the part of D&D podcasts I tend to really not enjoy.
  • Optional: are not too long, maybe less than an hour each episode?
Thanks for any recommendations!

Oh, I put this in D&D General, but really they don't have to be D&D Games.
Try Red Moon Roleplaying. Fits your wishes to a tee.
