One question - from which book onwards do they become 3.5?

I think Fiend Folio (4/03) was partly 3.5. . . ? That's the first one, on that list, that I recognise as being 3.5-ish. Of course, that was only three or so months before 3.5 came out fully (6/03-7/03).

IIRC, Savage Species was the first book to be "sorta" 3.5. I believe it, Races of Faerun and FF were all "3.5-ish."

Great stuff! I think you may have the D&D Gazeteer and the Living Greyhawk Gazeteer the wrong way round. I'm pretty sure the slim D&D Gazeteer came out first.
