D&D v3.5 books pulled from DriveThruRPG.com

I check in from time to time at DriveThruRPG.com to see what books are available from Wizards of the Coast, especially since they had once announced daily additions to WotC's offering. Of course, those additions were few and far between as many of you know.

It seems that the latest count of WotC v3.5 D&D books is now zero!
[edit: The URL keeps changing to enworld.rpgnow.com and breaking the link to the referenced page of DriveThruRPG.com's 3.5 D&D products.]

I sent an inquiry to customer service at DriveThruRPG.com and received a response.
They will be coming back.

We are curently having problems with our DRM server and did not want to
continue to sell products that we can't currently deliever.

Thank you for your inquiry and please feel free to contact me if you
have any further questions or concerns.

Which means 1 of 2 things:

1) They really are having problems with the server, and are being conscientious;

2) WotC's having cold feet and they are trying to work with them to reconsider, but don't want to start a bunch of rumors until it's final. :)

If other DRM-only products are no longer offered all of a sudden, I'd guess the former.

What else there is DRM still?

It's a pity WotC is still using DRM. I'd have bought several of their books in ebook format by now, but I absolutely refuse to use DRM.

Maybe they're taking this time to incorporate errata into the books so at least the electornic versions don't look like they were done by some third party company with no understanding of editing and game mechanics! :p

It's probably a good thing for me. I might be a bit lighter in the wallet.
