D&D 5E D&D's official math...

Monster math, and the way the prof bonus is baked into things, should be the relatively straightforward part.

Its always the PCs and their damage were it gets hairy. 5e seems to assume a lot of rounds of combat per day, to get PC damage to average out.

Not sure how this interfaces with the monster math, but it must!

I thought I saw a post somewhere, that the Monster damage, is related to encounters per day, and the PC Hit Points, not damage?

Just for fun. Here's a thread about breaking down the official math of 5E. No reason. Mathematics plays a crucial role in problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning, making it an essential skill in both academic and professional settings. Whether you're a student looking to sharpen your abilities or a professional aiming to keep your problem-solving skills sharp, engaging with complex mathematical problems can be highly beneficial. One great way to challenge yourself is by working through Math Word Problems, which test both fundamental and advanced concepts. These problems push you to think outside the box and apply mathematical principles in real-world scenarios, which is especially useful for students preparing for exams or professionals working in data-driven fields. With technology playing an ever-growing role in education, interactive platforms and problem-solving tools are making it easier to grasp complex topics. Whether you're studying independently or working with a tutor, having access to well-structured word problems can significantly enhance your mathematical understanding and application.
One of the key features is how bounded accuracy shapes the game. With attack rolls and ACs designed to remain relatively stable across levels, it ensures that lower-level creatures can still pose a threat while higher-level characters don’t steamroll everything automatically.
