Monster's Handbook by Mike Mearls (published by FFG) is one of the best resources I own. It helps you customize any monster you want. There was a free chapter on the FFG site (may still be there) if you want a taste.

Any book by Green Ronin is good, but if you want a witch book, you may want to check out the Netbook of Witches. Talk about extensive, and its free.

My FLGS is running a buy-1-get-1-free sale and I was stumped on books to buy today. I'm looking for some D20 books that you like and have slipped under people's radar. I'm not really sure what I want to get, but interesting rules that can enhance my game are what I'm mostly looking for. Any suggestions will be most appreciated.

Anything from Atlas Games. You can stick to the Penumbra line if you only want D20 System products. Dynasties & Demagogues, Crime & Punishment, Nyambe, Occult Lore, Touched by the Gods--and others.
