d20 Future -- the sample settings revealed!

"Even in B5, it seemed like the Earth fighters obeyed the laws of physics, but the Minbarri stuff didn't."

A little off-topic, but FWIW, that was because the Minbari had gravitic drive systems, as opposed to having to rely on the 'laws of physics' and unglamorous things like thrusters and velocity. One of the things (among many) I always like about B5 was the relatively 'hard' sci-fi bent it had compared to other scifi series of the time...

Has anyone thought about using d20 Future for Dragonstar?
Personally, I'd rather someone get the license, if not buy the IP from Fantasy Flight Games if the company have no future plan for it.

As for home-conversion, what do you have in mind?

Hey, all you Star Frontiers junkies, past and present, the following site http://www.starfrontiers.com/ has actual scanned copies of various Star Frontiers rulebooks and modules ("adventures" in 80's-speak). If you're interested in knowing more about the campaign setting, this is the best place to go.

Hmm, it's very exciting that d20 Future is updating material for Star Frontiers. That make's me interested in a product I otherwise would have ignored.

Questions, if I have d20 Future, will this be enough to play a SF game? If not, what else is required? d20 Modern? the D&D PHB? The old Star Frontiers set?
