Yes, a well written review indeed! You expertly pointed out both the good and bad, letting the reader come to their own conclusion.

I'm thinking of doing some sort of sci-fi once our current D&D 3.5 campaign ends (which is only two sessions old, but hey I like to plan way ahead) and was considering the use of d20 Future, but I may stick with Alternity as I already know and love it. Also, two of the players have played Alternity with me in the past and own some of the books.

D20 Future was a good and well meaning attempt at covering all sci-fi topics. However, the format of the book was simply too small.

May I suggest taking a look at Traveller d20 as a rules set for a SFRPG. If nothing else, I'd be interested in seeing your review for it.

Nice review, thanks for that! d20 Future has been on my list for a while now, and I'll still be picking it up, but it may have shifted down a few places.
