d20 low-power sourcebooks?

Dark Legacies sounds interesting. It's not another steam/magic mixture, like the one from Witch Fire, is it?

DL is not a steampunk setting. Some marginal industrialization exists but it is handled in a much different fashion than IK or other similar settings. Some steam-powered items may exist but they'll be treated much as artifacts are treated in normal D&D. There are no firearms. DL also presents a significant reworking of arcane magic and "divine" miracles, crafted with real purpose. Not to mention all new races, classes, equipment upgrades, piecemeal armor, no alignment, blah blah etc etc. ;) Again, all done with purpose rather than hobbled together. Suffice it to say it'll be quite splendid and presents a ton of crunch for anyone wanting to do low-magic as well as providing a wicked campaign setting if you want to use it. I really need to push for some new web updates *sigh*.

Personally, I really like Alchemy & Herbalism, by Bastion Press:

While there are some rules for higher power magic items, most of the book is devoted to non-magic and low-magic uses of herbs and alchemical items. I think it would be very useful for a low-magic game.

And, it is quite well written, in my opinion (and no, I am not affiliated in any way with the authors or company, I just really like it).
