Hmmm, it appears my original post crashed out.
Anyway, The Brood, the same people who brought you Crimson Contracts and some soon to be released neat-o stuff to scare your PC's out of thier minds, are planning on entering the Modern d20 market.
We'll be playtesting a few things over the next couple weeks, including an adventure that includes the Junkyard Golem.
We also plan on releasing a campaign setting called BurntLands.

We'll just see how things pan out, since nothing is set in stone...

We really wanted to create a modern setting that drew from the films and tv programs we love to watch. Dark Inheritance is heavily influenced by Hard Boiled, Dark Angel, Hellboy, and Pitch Black. To quote from the Introduction, "Think of your favorite John Woo film, gritty and ultra-violent, with hugely elaborate and breathtaking action scenes, and couple it with the best suspense thriller. Now, add a healthy dose of dangerous supernatural elements and you have an enthralling Dark Inheritance campaign."
