I frequent most of the PC & XBox game sites and I haven't heard of anything. Probably the closest thing you'll find is Knights of the Old Republic - which isn't that close, but is a LOT of fun!

THe Neverwinter Nights community is working on a d20 mod for NWN. Check at Neverwinter Vault, there's an easily-searchable list for haks, tilesets, and custom clothing/items associated with this project. There's also this site: http://www.lostdays.org/d20modern/usingTheD20ModernMod.shtml though not a lot was going on there last time I checked.

First, Wizards have yet to establish a credible campaign setting. Right now, Urban Arcana is not up there yet with Greyhawk (a very familiar label attached to D&D).

One way to do it is use through a novel line.
