D20 Modern criminal organizations?

Are you looking for flavor on how the crime organizations are run, or rules on how to handle it (I assign these three guys to make money, these four to expand our territory, etc)? The closest I've found for the latter is in the Quintessential Rogue, but that's for D&D/fantasy. I don't know of a modern equivalent, unfortunately.

I'm looking for the latter. Anyone print books like that?
