[d20 Modern] Fallout?

If I were going to run a game based on the Fallout world (which I love), I would start with the Darwin's World rules, and then borrow some things from Omega World.

I love the character classes in DW, and the Prestige Classes... Id borrow some mutations from Omega World, but DW is a complete game, and very adaptable to Fallout.

Omega World, with its one character class (and only detailed up to 10th level at that), isnt ready for a game without a lot of work.

Gamma World was always a little silly, but Omega World took that silliness to an even higher level. Id start with Darwin's World as a base for serious Fallout game.

Just my two cents :)
