D20 Modern Wish List

I'd like to see a few things for D20 Modern/Future/Past/Apocalypse line:

1. A book of new aliens and monsters. Maybe one akin to the Ultimate Alien Athology for SW that's pretty much for D20 Future, and one more tailored to D20 Modern and/or Past games.

2. Spaceship book. Sure, I could convert SW spaceships, but I would like a book of generic SW spacecraft.

3. Maybe some small books (64-96 page softcovers) fleshing out versions of each of the campaign options in the D20 Modern and Future books.

4. D20 Horror. I know that I can pretty much do this already, but I'd like to see a Modern book that deals primarily with the Horror genre with variant monsters, campaign ideas, etc...

I'm sure there are a couple of other books that I would like to see, but I can't think of them right now...

Maybe this helps. Let me pimp for a few PDF publisher:

Though they only have 2 out, Ronin Arts is doing a Future: Alien series with new alien species for d20 Future (they they also release them as M&M Superlink Alien Invaders... genius!). I don't own either one yet, but Phil's stuff is assured quality, hands down. Click on this link to see the first release and link to the series:

Again, check Ronin Arts' PDFs. Their Future: Spaceship series is excellent, and I think it will serve your needs down to a T. Click this link to see the first release and links to the whole range:

Also, Spaceship 10: The Thomas O'Dell is a free download. Just right-click on it, and hit Save As. Use it to sample the quality of the series.

I can't remember what publisher right now has also mentioned they are working on a book of alien races for d20 Future as well, though that one's not out yet.

Hope this helps you in the meantime!

Thanks for the tip, Hal. I've bought both of the new species. They're ok. The Taxob are a little weird, but the Sauri are pretty good. I'll have to check out free spaceship.

Thanks,
Kane

Back toward the beginning of this year, Mongoose released OGL Horror, which does exactly what you request. Furthermore, our company (12 to Midnight) produces nothing but horror material for modern campaigns. You can even find the bare bones of our campaign setting, Pinebox, free on our website.

err guys. I can understand the temptation to start crosspolinating and pointing people to other products, but, It will be a lot easier for me to filter through everything if you just limited your post to what you want from WOTC specifically in terms of D20 Modern/Future and that line of products...

Please?

I'd like a d20 version of Mechwarrior/Battletech.
Mechwarrior 3 is a terrible RPG (better balanced than MW1 or 2, but extremely complicated), and the group I play with all know d20/D&D.

Geoff.

A d20 edition of F.R.E.E.Lancers (anyone remember that one?). Hell, I'd write that one in a heartbeart...

Oh, hell yes.

But nothing gets older faster than the future, so this baby would need a substantial overhaul...I'd like to see something like "Transhuman Space" meets "Minority Report" meets "Alias."* Hard sci-fi / technothriller.

Hey...while we're at it...d20 Top Secret. A one-volume espionage "toolkit." And for the sample setting, give us an updated Orion v. the Web.

*All of my pitches include references to Alias and/or Doc Savage. Can't help it.
