d20 pre-Modern

I am creating a steampunk setting using Gibson/Sterling's The Difference Engine as a starting point. I bought GURPS Steampunk and Steam-Tech. While they're not d20, they have a lot of neat bits and pieces that can easily be converted.

I am putting together an idea for a World War II based short campaign, sort of a Saving Private Ryan/Dirty Dozen/Guns of Navarone kinda thing.

I'm using d20 Modern as a base, and tossing in modified stuff from the V for Victory minigame published in polyhedron, though I do wish I had a more exhaustive and concise period material for d20 Modern already done, just to save me some work. If anyone out there has done this, lemme know.

I used d20 Modern for a bit to run a CoC-esque horror game set in 1760s Boston. It worked pretty well. I had to change the rules for some of the weapons around (as the gun rules didn't really work for flintlocks). I also changed the spellcasting classes to a mana-based system, and generalized them into one spellcasting class with a variety of different focuses you could take to specialize yourself.
