d20 Publishers @ Conventions

I was going to email each publisher requesting any kind of support material (Modules, Flyers, Banners, poster, Contest items and etc... You know, give away stuff) for a d20 specific convention, we are planning in New Orleans, LA. but I thought this might be a better way for those who want to help by sending something and I would not clutter up their business email box...

The convention is several months off, but I would like to compile a list of publishers who would like to have their promo material at the convention...


The convention is on Memorial Day Weekend 2003. We will have more information up on our web site in a couple of months.

Will this convention feature RPGA events?

Yes, we will be running 4 rounds each day with many modules slotted for each round. We are building an online registration system right now which will allow you to sign-up for the module you want to play and etc...

We can work something out drop me a line about 3 months prior to the con, and we will get you some stuff.

Bastion Press can help you out as well. Drop us an email 2-3 months before your convention letting us know the number of attendeees along with any Bastion Press-specific events that are being run (like an Oathbound game). We'll also need the address to send prize support to.

Let Living Imagination know 2-3 months previous, if any LI events are being run (like a naval situation using Broadsides rules or a Twin Crowns game), number of attendees and types of prizes you're looking for, and we'll hook you up.

Thanks for the quick responses. This community is great and I wanted to thank everyone who posted here or sent me an email directly offering their support! I will be contacting each of you as we get closer to the convention date!

If you want to make the trip to New Orleans let me know. We can work with you on this to help reduce the expenses! The number of people we can help is limited, so get your email off to me quickly because it is first come , first serve!
