IV The Future
Discussion of future product releases known at that time.
Participant Reaction:
All participating were very open to the material discussed. Previous gaming experience amongst the participants ranged from total novices with less than 3-4 games under their belts to a guy who was starting to do free lance work in the d20 community.
Surprisingly, the participants had no questions after I went over the above material. I hope that indicates that I covered everything they had questions of.
Material on Hand:
On hand were copies of all major product releases from d20 stl & ogl products from my personal collection of game products along with the balance of the stock of product on hand at the venue of this event.
D20 Publisher Participation:
Over 15 d20 publishers donated product for this event. Suppliers of donations shall remain nameless. Each participant was able to leave the clinic with an average of 5 print game products and 2 cds with over 500mb of material. The balance of the remaining donations will be saved for later use at another game clinic held during the convention season this summer/fall.
General Overview:
Overall a successful clinic even with a light turnout. Will hope for a better turnout in the future and look forward to holding another general d20 stl/ogl general clinic. Also plan to hold other d20 related clinics in the future covering such topics as PC creation, Adventure planning/execution, NPC creation, General rules class (combat and such), and Use of miniatures and maps in game.
If anyone has any questions regarding this game clinic, please email me at Dread0395@cinci.rr.com
