I don't know of any. A "d30" isn't a perfect Polyhedron since it is beveled in a manner similar to a d100. Now, I'm not saying that there isn't one beyond a d20, but I don't know of any.

We do that as well. Except a 2 is only begotten by rolling 3 and 4, not 2 :)
