Good old d8 with only 1 to 4 values (example 10). They did the same with d6's for d3.
If you're going to do that, you should make sure that the numbering style is distinctive (like on number 11 in the OP) so it doesn't get confused with regular dice with that number of sides.

I still remember that time in my old game club where one of the players had really crappy luck with his d20 rolls all evening... until he rolled a 0. Turns out he had been using one of those old 20-sided d10s numbered 0 to 9 twice. That die went flying straight across the club room into our back room.
