[QUOTE="Jfdlsjfd, post: 9511060, member: 42856"] Well, first some context. My players are in a town with an ancient technomagic floating fortress over a town, part of which has crashed and destroyed a part of the town, and other part of which (the flying ones) hosts an arcane university. The PCs are friend with a blacksmith. At some point, he became missing, and the PCs investigate to learn that he joined a cult to be reunited with the spirit of the lost family members and talk to them, making "pilgrimage" at the fallen fortress. The players are about to enter the fortress. I'd like them to have a confrontation, after digging through a technomagic command center where they'll learn about the cause for the crash and introduce another adventure down the road, arrive at a haunted layer with the crashed villages and still space to move around (let's say there was a large docking bay in the fortress at this area). I want the players to retrieve the blacksmith by various means, either by force if they want a fight, or by convicing the ghost of his wife to pass away so the blacksmith can live and not stay trapped here. I'd prefer a moving story rather than a fight against zombies but I am prepared for anything that my players would like to do. I asked ChatGPT to check for holes in the story, and he proved remarkably helpful when asked to explain pros and cons of various choices I considered. I'd have achieved the same adventure without AI help, but I saved a lot of time by relying on it, not to choose for me but provide suggestion that I kept or not. I found the quality of the help to be rather high when used like this.
