There is alot of discussion every now and again about 'called shots' however never of them seem to ever bear fruit.
The two most common types are the hit by location dice, and the dmg list of -2 hit/-2 skill.
I suggest two more types to add to this list, which work in a rather abstract way.
HP loss type
This type deals with what type of damages causes pain. Characters have a 'pool' of damage from certain types of hp loss. Any type of attack can qualify for a certain type of hp loss.
Blood Loss When this pool fills up, the player can attempt a Coupe De Grace by running a weapon through vital organ. The target must make a save as if it was a Coupe De Grace or die.
Shatter bone When this pool fills up, the player can make a sunder check on to sunder a targets limb of the player's choice. (Arms, legs, or any limb which would not cause a instant death)
Concussion When this pool fills up, the player has dealt serious damage to a creature's brain. The next hit deals 1d4 to ethier a character's Wisdom Score, Intelligence score or Charisma Score. Lost points are restored at 1 point a hour no matter what the character is doing.
Wear Down when this pool fills up, the character has gone beyond his limit. Character can fight for rounds equal to their con bonus, before going down the chart.
For this, I think the pool for each should be half what there current hp is, plus con stat?
