Check out these prestige classes that Monte Cook created in conjunction with Shadow Council Archives: Materia Magica. Initially they were intended as creations to share with the d20 community but we felt that they had significant potential and were considering adding them to the book as well. After debating whether or not to include them in Materia Magica we were finally driven by deadlines to exclude them and just share them with you folks in pdf format. They do have their place in the Materia Magica though, inspiring a few other great concepts and having an honorary few pages forever reserved for them in the rear of the book (although it wasn't quite planned that way). I will refrain from using the crunchy goodness reference as it has been a little worn down but I will tell you that they are really cool and will add a powerful new element to any d20 fantasy game! www.darknebulae.com
