I hope psionics HB revised uses racial levels (a la Monte Cook) for the Thri-Kreen and Half-Giants.
I just finished a conversion of the Athas races for my home game using racial levels (my players hate playing anything with ECL). I'd like to see the new revised material either way though. I used the 3.0 Athas.org material to help out (along with my old game materials). I think I'll send my material to them and see if they want to incorporate it, or present it as an option. Unfortunately mine is not 3.5E as I haven't switched.
