Dark Sun using Iron Heroes

First Post
I thought I'd take a stab at Dark Sun using Iron Heroes and the info I picked up from The Year's Best d20.

Attached. (.doc file format)

Feedback and opinions please.

The only comment I can really make at a quick glance is that one of the great things about the Iron Hero system are the token pools. The wizard, psion and elemental cleric you list have none of this making them slightly more static.

Perhaps take the arcanist and modify it to fit each ones flavor, or integrate the idea of tokens to the classes you listed.

It's a very workable idea I think in the long run.

I had originally thought about that, but in the end I had decided that simply having magic on their side was enough of a bonus for these classes. Note that they can still pick up token pools by picking the correct feats.

I thought that with token pools + abilities, these classes might be overpowered.

Well, I think they're actually on the lower end of power. Lower BAB & Saves, do they get a defense bonus?

I haven't read the magic section of Iron Heroes too closely so maybe I'm missing something, but I don't think the token pools are just about power, but are also about style and action, something the Iron Heroes game focuses on.

Basically, the classes seem more bland than anything else.

Ohh! I forgot the Defense Bonus!

I'll have to rectify that.

THanks for the feedback Ferrix. I'll see what I can come up with (whenever I get more spare time).
