Man-eating, not cannibal! No halfling would ever eat another halfling (well, except Loki from that one adventure, and he was an outcast).

This was a fun little (it's only 2 pages!) article. And the obstacles are easily transported into another, more traditional, setting. I hope that they keep this trend up and release more Campaign Classics articles to whet our appetites for 4E versions of the settings.
