DW should be released in march '03 as a holocaust setting for d20M, looking very much like Fallout & Gamma World. Anyone heard of this? Any info?

GW will come out in summer '03 as a setting for d20M. I wonder what we'll find there. I really can't wait!

OW was a setting in Polyhedron, which is the same as GW but renamed. Is this rename necessary or is it a different world altogether.

I wonder which of the 3 I should choose for a solid post-apocalyptic game (think Fallout, Mad Max...).

I suspect White Wolf's will be the most faithful to past version of Gamma World. I have what's currently available for Darwin's World, and it isn't bad at all. I think that there should be more mutations, and I'm not crazy about all the negative mutations. I'm also not crazy about the character classes, but the rest of it is an excellent platform on which to base a D20 Modern post apocalyptic game.

White Wolf? I thought Sword & Sorcery Studio is doing Gamma World.

Sorry but I treat S&SS as separate entity, even though White Wolf is responsible for publishing. The same way I treat Arthaus, who is responsible for Ravenloft product design.

The line is so blurred between the two that I use them interchangably.

SS&S is the Fantasy publishing imprint for White Wolf. Same writers, same editors, same everything. That being said and knowing the quality of stuff coming out from them GW should be a great game. I am totally lookign forward to it.

I thought that was Arthaus, the first White Wolf subsidiary.
