my wife woke me up around 5:30 am to tell me to change the clock. if i hadn't heard about the time change earlier in the day, i would have just assumed she was talking in her sleep. ;)

As a conspiracy theory it is possible that the government is stealing time away from us, as we change and rechange your clocks, seconds and even minutes disappear and with the greater use of 'GPS' clocks do we really know what time it is? You think you are putting in eight hours of work but it is really ten, you just think it is eight because that is what the clock tells you...feeling tired?

Indiana doesn't observe it as well. We found that out the "hard" way 3 yrs ago when going for SW Celebration II. Gave us extra time to get there and stuff! :)

It's just like finding out that New Jersey didn't have sales tax..... :)
Parts of Indiana observe it. Gary/Merrilville (Northwest Corner), Evansville (SW Corner), and another area near Cincinatti, I believe.

There is a pretty good chance the rest of the state will follow in the next couple of years, then the debate will switch to Eastern vs. Central timezones.

Nah, we do it to ourselves. :) I seemed to have read somewhere that the average American gets like 5 hours a day on average?

I'm also in Arizona and, therefore, hardly effected. The last thing we need is saving daylight hours in summer . We are eagerly awaiting sunset, so we can jump into the pool :D.

I just have to switch my time association on some board software from MST to PST; at least the new software of this board let's me choose not to follow DST changes :).

Considering that I've only been to Indy that one time and it was remembering it after travelling all night to get there..... Sleep until van stops..... wake up.... then when van moved again, doze off........ No wonder one couldn't remember squat...... :\
